The ace Chicago Illinois rapper gained attention after he began uploading songs to YouTube. His first track was The Come Up and never Cared. He made his SoundCloud debut on the official polo.g SOUND CLOUD. Gang With Me became his first top-ranked single. This was then followed by The Finer Thing. It was composed while he was in prison. The song became the single that made him famous and gained thousands of viewers on YouTube and brought him into limelight. Eventually, major record labels were interested in his work. Pop Out, featuring Lil Tjay and Lil Tjay, finally came out after the rapper had signed a Columbia Records distribution agreement. The track was watched millions of times on YouTube, and it reached the 22nd spot on the Billboard Hot 100. This is the first time the rapper has charted an entire song. As time passed, Polo G became a YouTube star and gained fame through other social-media platforms, including Instagram as well as Twitter.
